Secure remote access during commissioning
System integrators and machine builders are increasingly used to have experts remotely helping to configure, test, and commission installed equipment. Read more
The Remote Access Device is a plug-and-play solution for hardware-based remote access to any device or network.
Reach any device or network. Even offline, legacy and OS-less equipment where network-based tools fail.
The Remote Access Device is built for the situations where fixed remote access solutions fall short; equipment that is offline, isolated, or not yet connected to a permanent network. Connect the device to the endpoint, and an authenticated user works through an encrypted, brokered channel, as if they were standing in front of it.
Access is granted per session and enforced in hardware, following zero-trust principles with least privilege, access control, and a full audit log.
Whether you need KVM, terminal, or IP-based access, this is the solution for you. This highly versatile and portable device allows you to easily create a bridge between your OT or IT equipment and a remote specialist.
A physical press on the hardware device generates a secure One Time Password (OTP), so authorisation can only be started by someone on site.
Establish the connection remotely through the Cloud Service Manager, with forced MFA and time-limited sessions. No on-site presence required.

Machines and industrial equipment need software updates, firmware upgrades, and expert support long after they enter production. Hardware-based, out-of-band access lets suppliers support and update equipment remotely without putting the OT network at risk. Read more
KVM (keyboard, video, mouse), terminal access (USB/serial), SSH, and file transfer - straight from the browser.
Establish a tunnel between two hardware devices for IP, USB, or serial connections with no software installed: for example tunnelling a USB smart-card reader.
Tunnel to one or multiple endpoints with client software (unattended device only). Multiple users can connect, and subnet access is possible.
Combining Remote Access Device and a data diode unlocks even more value. Pair an always open, physically guaranteed, one-way connection from the equipment with an ad hoc secure two-way remote access point (outbound only, no open inbound ports).
Hardware-based security at its best.

With in-browser access the endpoint has no network path at all. With tunnelling, the path exists only during the approved session and only to the granted systems.
No. The device is true plug-and-play. No client or agent is installed on the endpoint. Connect it via KVM, USB, serial, or Ethernet and access starts as soon as the session is approved.
Access follows zero-trust principles and is enforced in hardware: per-session authorisation, personal login with multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access control, and a full audit log. Access can be opened on site with a one-time code (attended) or remotely through the Cloud Service Manager (unattended).
Yes. It brings its own LTE path and has a built-in battery.
No production data stored or accessible via the cloud; relays forward ciphertext only.
