“Send and receive data securely – while being 10km apart”
Overview
This hardware enforced data diode with a small form factor, enables you to send and receive data from two separate networks, where the source and destination can be 10km apart. Most common use cases include:
- File transfers
- Real-time data streaming
- Database replication
- Remote monitoring
We needed a solution to enable data transmission from our docking ships to our data center, which can be miles apart. Advenica’s DDSFX allows us to protect the integrity of the ship while the transmitter can send data securely to the receiver who is located in the port.”

How to use the DDSFX-10G
The transmitter (data source) can transfer data up to 10Gbps securely to a receiver (data destination) that can be located up to 10km away. Simply plug in the SFPs to supported hardware and connect the two units with a fiber cable. See our user guide for a list of supported Network Interface Cards. The DDSFX shows up as a regular network interface which can be easily configured on either Linux or Windows.
You can use your own hardware for complying with environmental requirements such as industrial or military rugged or hardware with specific approvals.
