Swedish IT Security Index

The Swedish IT Security Index is a compilation of the degree of maturity in different sectors in terms of IT security. The tool today works as a benchmark for those who want to test their own security awareness.

The results show great differences between different industries. For example, the financial industry stands out by showing high maturity in relation to its risk, while municipalities has a major responsibility in front of them.

About the index

The tool was developed by representatives from Advenica, Radar, Dataföreningen, Swedish Association for Civil Security, Sig Security and Christer Magnusson, docent at Institutionen för Data- och systemvetenskap, Stockholms universitet in 2017.
