LIMITED WARRANTY

Advenica warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The product is guaranteed to operate as described in this instruction and in the operating environment for which it is intended for the life of the product or the extent of the warranty. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Remedies

Advenica’s entire liability shall be: 1) to repair or replace the product, or 2) to refund the price paid, provided that the product is returned to the original place of purchase or directly to Advenica, with a valid copy of the sales receipt. The purchaser may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes or other fees. Advenica may, at its exclusive discretion, use new, or like-new parts in good working condition, to repair or replace the product. Any repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or thirty (30) days, whichever is greater.

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly or unauthorized repair
  • Removal of any manufacturer label or sticker
  • Any improper operation, including use not in accordance with this instruction
  • Use of counterfeit products
  • Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship

Advenica shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or data.

 

Making a warranty claim

Please verify the return policy with the retailer where the product was purchased. Any warranty claims that cannot be processed through the original point of purchase should be directed to Advenica. Always contact Advenica Support before sending any devices to Advenica.
