Our technical support guarantees a smooth operation of our solutions in our customers' environments. Advenica can offer both remote and on-location technical support. Follow-ups, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and product and technology upgrades are also available.

Our objective is to have a continuous and long-term relationship with each customer. Despite the long life expectancy of our network encryption products and security solutions, communication technologies are continuously changing. Therefore, we offer customers the possibility to upgrade their security systems to meet new technical challenges. Every customer is also offered a customised maintenance and support agreement during and after the warranty period. Customers are also able to specify the need for any support services that address security needs outside our standard service level agreement.
